Representatives from the EU Twining light project on further institutionalization of structured mechanisms for cooperation between the government and the civil society in Macedonia from Croatia, representatives from the general secretariat of the Macedonian government and representatives from CSOs were discussing the communication strategy preparation at CEA premises.
