This program, implemented by the World Bank, aims to strengthen the capacity of local governments in South-East Europe. It has helped finance a number of products and activities, including
(a) seven City to City Dialogues in the region on Municipal Finances, Urban Planning and Land;
(b) the customization and application of Local Governments Self-Assessments tools (MFSA, UPSA, Urban Audits) and
(c) the development of an E-course on Municipal Finances
