Design, Printing and Project Promotion Services

The Center for Economic Analyses invites qualified individuals and companies to apply for the provision of design, printing, and project promotion services under the EU-funded project:

“Strengthening Integrity in Climate Finance: Transparent & Accountable Climate Finance for Corruption Prevention”

 About the Project

This project aims to improve transparency, accountability, and integrity in climate finance at the local level in North Macedonia. It addresses corruption risks in public financial management systems related to climate investments and supports better allocation of environmental funds.

 Objective of the Assignment

The selected service provider will deliver high-quality visual communication, branding, and promotional materials, ensuring compliance with EU visibility requirements and strong public outreach.

 Scope of Work

The assignment includes the following key components:

1. Design and Layout of Policy Briefs

  • Design and layout of 4 policy briefs (9–15 pages each)
  • Integration of charts, visuals, and branding
  • Delivery in print-ready and digital formats

2. Branding and Visibility Materials

  • Project logo (multiple concepts + revisions)
  • Roll-up banner design (print-ready)
  • Development of Word & PowerPoint templates

3. Social Media & Digital Assets

  • 15 visual assets (posts, infographics, promotional visuals)
  • Content plan (posting schedule, captions, hashtags)

4. Project Visibility Tools

  • 5–7 infographics
  • 2–3 short videos (30–60 sec, Full HD)
  • Newsletter template (Mailchimp-compatible)

5. Marketing Campaign Development

  • Campaign strategy and messaging
  • Audience targeting and content planning
  • Performance monitoring and optimization (min. 3 months)

 Financial Proposal

Applicants must submit a detailed financial offer including:

  • Cost per deliverable (design, branding, social media, campaign, etc.)
  • Total gross amount in MKD (all-inclusive)

 Evaluation Criteria

  • Technical Evaluation: 75 points
    • Experience & portfolio (40 points)
    • Capacity to deliver (35 points)
  • Financial Evaluation: 25 points
