The Center for Economic Analyses (CEA), within the project “Strengthening Integrity in Climate Finance: Transparent and Accountable Climate Finance for Corruption Prevention”, funded by the European Commission, invites qualified Expert(s) to apply for the provision of professional services related to the baseline assessment, mapping, and analytical research on climate-responsive public finance management (PFM) at central and local levels in North Macedonia.
The assignment will support the development of an evidence-based understanding of climate finance governance, transparency, and corruption risks, with a particular focus on local self-government units (LSGUs) climate-related budgetary processes.
