Background. The Consultants/trainers/volunteers were engaged by the FSVC to conduct two times two days training on budget planning and forecasting in the period 8 to 12 of February 2016 for the Tunisian Federation of Municipalities. Тhe first round of the two days training took place in Hammamet and the second round of two days training took place in Tunis.
