“The President of CEA Marjan Nikolov is the regional lead expert of the Center for Excellence in Finance-CEF for the project Revenue mobilization and sectors. Outputs are background paper and case studies for Moldova, Albania, Serbia and Germany. Seminar will be held in Ljubljana in June. It is expected this project to promote a better understanding of challenges and best practices in managing fees and charges levied at sector level, as well as to help strengthen the overall conceptual understanding of the topic.”
