Mapping the needs of unemployed women with a special focus on single mothers and women from rural areas and analysis of the textile industry as a potential for employment

This research was conducted within the project “Increasing employability and improving the economic situation of women in society” conducted by OZ Vizija from Kavadarci in partnership with CEA.

The purpose of the research is to identify the needs and preferences according to the level of education of unemployed women, opportunities for capacity building and further to identify the needs and conditions of potential companies that offer employment in the textile industry as an industry that is well developed in the municipality and environment.

This analysis was prepared under the mentorship of CEA.
